In the beginning Eaglebrooke had the best golf to offer in this area and a large community to build. Eagle Real Estate and Development took over marketing for the community when there were approximately 15 homes. Today there are almost 500 homes ranging from patio homes on club lots starting in the high $200,000 to custom homes on estate lots for over one million and everything in between. The Preserve at Eaglebrooke broke ground in 2006 and will add another 124 custom homes to Eaglebrooke and will prove to be the crowning glory of this beautiful community.
